His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) Charlottetown is set to participate in Exercise UNITAS, the world’s longest-running annual multinational maritime exercise, from September 29 to October 4, 2025. Hosted by the United States Navy (USN), UNITAS brings together approximately 8,000 personnel from several allied and partner nations to conduct joint operations off the East Coast of the United States.
HMCS Charlottetown will operate alongside ships, submarines, aircraft, and unmanned systems from participating nations. The exercise will include live-fire drills, amphibious landings, and integrated operations designed to enhance tactical proficiency and coalition coordination.
