Certification Center Canada (3C) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with WAAS Aerospace Inc., and their sister company Chrono Aviation to strengthen their aerospace collaboration in Saint-Hubert, QC.

Under the MOU, the companies will extend cooperation to offer a broader range of aerospace services in Quebec and throughout Canada. Operating out of new facilities at St-Hubert Airport, the joint offering combines the complementary strengths of WAAS’ AMO and AOC with the certification and flight test services of 3C’s DAO, enabling the companies to compete on larger and more strategic projects.

“We are very excited to have signed this agreement with WAAS Aerospace Inc. and Chrono Aviation at such a critical time for our industry. We believe that we are better positioned to continue the expansion of aerospace capabilities at the St-Hubert Airport when we work together. We also believe that our new relationship will create a compelling reason for other aerospace companies to bring their exciting new aerospace projects to the region at a time when the entire industry is transitioning to more environmentally friendly air transportation.” Phil Cole VP Business Development, 3C.

“We are very thrilled to start a new partnership with Cert Center Canada and become the largest aerospace maintenance centre at St-Hubert Airport. Indeed, this new partnership will allow WAAS in collaboration with Cert Center Canada, to have an ultra complete offer and to carry out new large-scale projects in the region. ‘’ Dany Gagnon, President WAAS Aerospace
