The Indigenous partners of the first agreement are Songhees Development Corporation, Des Nedhe Group Defence, and Glooscap Ventures. Additionally, a second agreement has been signed with the Inuit Development Corporation Association to advance Arctic-based initiatives identified as associated opportunities to support Nation Building effort.
