TKMS and Navantia sign a second MOU to establish a joint submarine collaboration framework by year-end, strengthening Europe’s naval industrial base and sovereignty. Building on the strong momentum of their initial agreement, both companies are committed to work towards establishing a joint collaboration framework for the production and commercialisation of selected submarine projects.
