Lockheed Martin Canada has awarded OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) the contract to execute the Project Implementation Phase of the Integrated Bridge and Navigation Systems (IBNS) for the first three River-class destroyers (RCD) being built for the Royal Canadian Navy.
