NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) inviting innovators across Allied nations to submit solutions for consideration under Innovation Continuum 2026 (IC26). This RFI represents the primary entry point for participation in IC26 activities.
NATO is seeking mature, high impact Emerging and Disruptive Technologies at Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4–9 that can accelerate NATO’s Multi Domain Operations (MDO) and Digital Transformation (DT). Through this RFI, HQ SACT aims to identify initiatives suitable for experimentation, validation, demonstration, and potential rapid adoption across IC26 activities, with particular emphasis on priority technology themes and High North/Arctic operations.
Submissions are due by 21 April 2026.
Please note that this RFI does not constitute a commitment to issue a future Request for Proposal (RFP). It is intended solely to assess the availability of potential solutions that may inform capability development alternatives.
As an innovator, your solutions may be well positioned for inclusion in NATO ACT’s IC26, providing an opportunity to showcase capabilities to end users across the Alliance. Solutions aligned with the following themes are of particular interest:
