General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada has launched HMS-610, a new hull‑mounted sonar designed specifically for bow‑mount integration on larger surface combatants. HMS-610 is a hull‑mounted sonar system intended to support Anti‑Submarine Warfare (ASW) operations, including the detection, classification and tracking of underwater contacts.
