Arcfield Canada announces the appointment of Luc Sabourin RCAF Col (Ret’d) as new Vice President, Canadian Operations, effective September 22, 2025.

Luc brings 25 years of leadership experience in the defence industry and has held senior leadership and executive roles within the Royal Canadian Air Force, Top Aces and most recently L3Harris MAS. Luc’s understanding of our industry, combined with his leadership approach, makes him the ideal candidate to lead the organization into its next phase of growth. In this role, Mr. Sabourin will lead Canadian operations and play a key role in advancing strategic priorities across the region.

Luc succeeds Jacques Contois, who will be departing Arcfield Canada. Over the past four years, Jacques has been an integral part of our leadership team, guiding our Canadian operations with vision, integrity, and dedication. We extend our deepest gratitude to Jacques for his exceptional contributions and wishes him continued success.
